I’d just moved to Rome to start my studies in Art History when he presented me with this beaten up brown leather bag. Although I didn’t know it at the time, he was giving me the greatest gift ever. I spent hours just admiring it. Days turned into weeks, and weeks into months and before I knew it, the camera was an extension of my life in the Italian capital. My student budget didn’t allow for much, but I made sure I could still process my film.

I still have this little Canon camera today.

From there, I’ve since returned to Edinburgh – the homeland – and have been fortunate enough to build a life here with my husband, Jon and my kick-ass pooch, Mac.

I’d like to think that my background in fashion and graphic design has led me down this path. And although creative in nature, these industries didn’t complete me. I was always in chase of the big dream. This dream.

I’m here to capture all of those candid, sweet and fleeting moments with understated elegance. These short-lived, passing moments are often taken for granted, but in one small click, these are the small celebrations that make up your life.

I often get asked, “What is Fine Art Wedding Photography?”.
Well, Fine Art Wedding Photography is very different to most wedding photography. It is often noted for its softness and beautiful light but in particular its warm, bright, pastel colour palate. My photographs are authentic, romantic and considered with added filmic touches and influences from fashion editorial shoots in magazines.

I’m so excited to be able to share your adventure with you and hope you’ll get in touch to discuss your requirements and plans for your special day.
